Jacklyn Medley, a Mobility Manager with UCHRA’s Public Transportation team, has been named Lead of the Association of Mobility Managers (AMM) Rural Mobility Committee, a national leadership role focused on improving transportation access in rural communities.
The Association of Mobility Managers is a national organization dedicated to advancing affordable, accessible, and coordinated transportation options for people of all ages and abilities. AMM supports mobility professionals through education, professional development, and collaboration, with a particular emphasis on strengthening transportation systems in underserved and rural areas.
In her role, Medley will collaborate with mobility professionals and partners from across the country to strengthen rural transportation systems, promote innovative mobility solutions, and advocate for the unique transportation challenges faced by rural communities.
Medley expressed appreciation for the guidance and encouragement she has received from AMM leadership, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in advancing effective and equitable mobility solutions.
Her appointment reflects both her professional expertise and the Upper Cumberland region’s continued leadership in rural mobility efforts nationwide.
